The globally endangered 'Large Blue' butterfly was declared extinct in Britain in the late 1970's. The butterfly is now flourishing in parts of the country thanks to numerous conservation projects.
This collection was commissioned with watercolour artist and nature enthusiast Louise Nisbet. The illustrations feature countryside scenes, native flora and fauna, animals & insects reflecting the conservation work undertaken by the National Trust.
