I would like to place an order. How do I go about doing this?

Ordering from us couldn't be easier! Simply add your items to the cart, press the checkout button, then select your payment method and click pay!

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes, there is always somebody on hand between the hours of 10am to 5pm, 7 days a week to take your orders or give you advice. Please phone us on - 01209 843366

I don't live in the UK. Can I still place an order?

Yes you can, we offer competitive pricing for most European countries. We also service countries outside of Europe, please refer to the delivery page for further details.

How soon after ordering will my order be dispatched?

Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. Next day orders will be dispatched the same working day as long as the order is placed by 12:00pm.

Can I track my order?

Yes, as soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number attached. Click on this number and you will be able to see delivery updates.

I've changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

Yes, if you have not yet received a dispatch notification, we are able to cancel and refund your order. However, if your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. Once your order arrives you will need to go through the returns process for a refund.

My tracking number is not updating, what can I do?

If when tracking your order you find it hasn't moved, you can either contact the courier directly for an update or contact us and we will do this on your behalf.

I'm not happy with my purchase. Can I send it back?

Yes, no problem. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please go to our returns page. You have up to 30 days to send your goods back. They must come back undamaged, in their original packaging with all labels attached. We will not accept goods that have been used or opened.

If I send goods back, how long does it take to receive a refund?

We aim to process all returns within 3 working days. However please allow extra time for this to appear in your account.

Can I exchange something on my order?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


My order has arrived damaged/ faulty/ incorrect?
