Welcome to the Williamsons Factory Shop online store. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by using this website, and or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, please do not continue using this site.

Our Rights

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to/or withdrawal of the website.

We reserve the right to change these conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the terms and conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the conditions then you must immediately stop using website.  

We reserve the right to withdraw any goods or services from the website at any time and/or remove, screen or edit any materials or content on the website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our doing any of the above.

Accuracy of content

We have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure that the information on this website is accurate ie that prices are correct at time of publishing and that all our products are accurately described. If however, a product is listed at an incorrect price, due to a typing error etc, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed. If you have already been charged for the goods we shall credit you the amount charged should you choose not to proceed with the order. All prices quoted include vat at the current rate (where applicable) but do not include the price of the postage. 

Whilst we have made every effort to ensure that the colour of the products are true to life, it is not always possible to achieve this, due to lighting effects and individual monitors. 


All orders placed on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance to these terms and conditions.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods ordered are not available from stock, you will be contacted either by email or phone and you will have the option of waiting until the goods are available or cancelling your order.

Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between us will take place on dispatch of the ordered products unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or have cancelled it.

Special Orders/Requirements

Whilst we do not stock all sizes and colours in certain products, we are happy to order these items direct from our suppliers on your behalf (Special Orders). We aim to dispatch these goods to you within 20 days. However, in the unlikely event that this is not possible, due to our suppliers being out of stock, we will aim to keep you informed of the likely time scales. Should you have any special requirements ie exact colour matches on items etc, please state this in an email or via Paypal.


On placing an order, immediate payment is required. Payment can be made in 2 ways:- 

  • Online
  • Telephone

If paying online, payment will be taken from the instructed account. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.

You may also phone us with your order. Payment can be taken over the telephone using your credit/debit card. All details will be securely disposed of once payment has been accepted.

All goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods we will inform you as soon as possible. A full refund will be given if the goods have already been paid for.


All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current prevailing rate. Prices are subject to change at any time.

Rights to cancel

If you are purchasing goods or services for private use (ie as a consumer as opposed to for business use) you have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You have the right to cancel an order before or after delivery and return items without having to give a reason. You may cancel your order by email or in writing within 14 days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods. If your order has been confirmed you must email or contact us as soon as possible of your intent to do so. If your order has been dispatched, you will need to return the goods to us at your own expense. We will refund the order, or relevant part of it, including the original delivery charge, as long as the whole of the order is returned. This does not apply to made to measure items or products we cut to your requirements, as once we have ordered the goods from our suppliers you are not obliged to cancel.


We will do our best to ensure goods are delivered to you within the timescales quoted. However, this is sometimes not possible to achieve in more remote areas or due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control. We also cannot be held responsible for delays by, but not limited to; Acts of God, industrial action, vehicle breakdown,service providers, stock availability and delivery companies. All these events are outside of our control and we do not accept liability should this occur.


It's important that you inspect and open your order on delivery and inform us of any problems with your order within 3 days. All items within your order should be checked & opened within the 3 day window. After this time period we may reserve the right to exchange/accept returns/ send replacements. Please note - if you have received an order and an item is damaged/faulty, please send an email quoting your order number with attached pictures of the damages.

Privacy Of information

Any information collected by us, including that gathered at the time of ordering/registration, is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We do not sell or transmit any customers personal information, including email addresses, to any organisation for any purpose other than for processing orders placed with us (if necessary)

Where there is sufficient evidence to suggest that fraud is being perpetrated, (such as the stated name being different to that of the credit/debit card owner) we reserve the right to pass identification (such as name, address, email and ISP details) to fraud data bases and relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property And Right To Use

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors. You are not permitted to use this material.

You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the website is made available to you for your non commercial use only.


The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
