To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if for some reason you wish to return your items to us, we will accept returned goods as long as the items are returned within 30 days of receipt. All items should be returned undamaged, in their original packaging and have all labels attached.
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines and returns label
- You can use our returns service with or without a printer.
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
- In the original packaging
- For health and hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds on the following items unless they are returned sealed and unopened in their original packaging: mattress toppers, mattress and bedding protectors, duvets and duvet covers, pillows/pillowcases and bedsheets.
- For items that have been returned and are not in original/resalable condtion, you will incur a 25% surcharge or in some cases the item will be returned back to you.
PLEASE NOTE - We will not accept goods that have been used or which come back without any labels on. Items should not be taken out of packets or hung (ie curtains). We're unable to accept returns on any of the following items that have been taken out of the packet due to health & hygiene reasons - Duvet Covers, Bed Sheets, Duvets, Pillows, Pilllowcases, Mattress Protectors/Toppers, Throws, Blankets.
Are there any charges for return?
- Yes, If you choose to use our returns service, a £4.99 charge wil be deducted from your refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable after 14 days from the delivery date
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment mentod, within 3 working days.
