Returns

Changed your mind? Arrange a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items should be unused, undamaged and neatly repacked in their original packaging, in the same saleable condition as received.

For curtains, check the colour and design through the packaging first if you are unsure, as they can be difficult to repack.

A UK return label costs £4.99, deducted from your refund. Have your order number and order email address or telephone number ready.
