Preparing your international order
Some international orders include items stocked at different locations. We may first bring these items to our main warehouse so we can send your order together in one parcel. This can add extra preparation time before international dispatch.
You may receive a UK tracking number first. This relates to the items travelling to our main warehouse, rather than the international journey to your address. Once your parcel is dispatched overseas, you’ll receive your FedEx international tracking information.

How can I see the exact international delivery cost?
Add your chosen items to the basket, go to checkout and enter your delivery address. The delivery options, shipping charge and full total are shown before you pay. You do not need to complete the purchase to review them.
Will I need to pay customs duties or VAT when my international parcel arrives?
No. Applicable customs duties and VAT or import taxes are shown as separate lines, added to your international checkout total and paid upfront. There are no additional import duties or taxes to pay on delivery. If you receive an unexpected request for these charges, contact us with your order number before paying it so we can help.
How long does international delivery take?
The delivery options at checkout show the estimated transit time where available. Timing depends on the destination and the items in your order. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date.
Can every item be sent overseas?
Some items or destinations may have shipping restrictions. The options offered at checkout reflect availability for your basket and address. If your order cannot be quoted, contact us for help.
Can I collect instead of having my order delivered?
Yes. Choose store pickup at checkout when it is available, or call us to arrange a collection order. Items stocked at our collection location can be ready within one day; items coming from another location can take up to four days. Please wait for your ready-to-collect email before travelling. How do I track my order?
We’ll email you tracking information when your order is dispatched. Follow the link for the latest courier updates. If your delivery is overdue or tracking is unclear, contact us with your order number.
What if I entered the wrong delivery address?
Please check your full address, including the house number or name and postcode, before paying. We send orders to the address you supply. Contact us immediately if you notice a mistake; changes or redirection cannot be guaranteed once the order has been dispatched.
Can I cancel after dispatch?
Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll assess how far your order has progressed. We may be unable to stop processing even before the dispatch email arrives. Once dispatched, the parcel cannot be stopped or recalled; arrange a return after receipt using our Returns & Refunds guidance. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

- Keep it as received: return items unused and undamaged, with labels and original packaging. Repack neatly in the same saleable condition as they arrived.
- Take care with curtains: if you’re unsure about the colour or design, check through the packaging first. Curtains can be difficult to repack.
- Start your return: have your order number and the email address or telephone number used for the order ready.
- Return costs: our returns label costs £4.99, deducted from your refund. Keep your proof of postage.

I bought hand towels, bath sheets and bath mats. I would give the towels 5 stars but the the bath mats only 2. They are thin towels, nothing like a mat, and they move underfoot which is dangerous.

Great towels, very soft and wash well. And a great price
I recently bought 3 Signum towels and a bath mat and I have to say I am more than happy. After buying towels from certain 'high street' chains and having to endure poor quality and endless 'fluff' these Christy towels are just superb and well with the money.
The quality of the Christy’s towels is really great and comparing them to the towels I already have just shows how thin and less quality my old ones have ! I had to use the old ones as dusters and cleaning cloths !
I have to say I bought Christy’s towels many years ago (40 years) and still have 1 that I use so just shows that the quality is so good!
I was a bit sceptical about the towels but I thought well christy is a good brand I will try so when they arrived I was impressed with the quality colour and when I washed them again impressed,10/10
