Not quite right? We’re happy to help you arrange a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Keep it as received: return items unused and undamaged, with labels and original packaging. Repack neatly in the same saleable condition as they arrived.
- Take care with curtains: if you’re unsure about the colour or design, check through the packaging first. Curtains can be difficult to repack.
- Start your return: have your order number and the email address or telephone number used for the order ready.
- Return costs: our returns label costs £4.99, deducted from your refund. Keep your proof of postage.
