Historic Royal Palaces Tudor Trail Duvet Cover Set - Sage
Goes well with Historic Royal Palaces Tudor Trail Duvet Cover Set - Sage
Delicate and romantic, Tudor Trail draws inspiration from the Tudor scrollwork designs seen across Hampton Court Palace interiors and the fashionable dress once worn at court.
Its intricate floral and vine motifs evoke the elegance of royal court dress, transforming your bedroom into a sanctuary of refinement. This fully reversible bed set is brought to life in a timeless sage colouration and printed onto a luxurious 250-thread-count cotton sateen, complete with a sophisticated mock Oxford edge finish.
Inspiration
Detailed carved wooden scrollwork and linenfold panelling can be seen throughout the grand Tudor court at Hampton Court Palace.
From these beautifully designed interiors to the Royal Ceremonial Dress Collection — housing court dress of extreme luxury and elegance — garments were often accessorised with fine lace.
A piece of Chantilly lace with its intricate floral and vine pattern has also been part of the inspiration for this delicate design.
