We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if for some reason you wish to return your items to us, we will accept returned goods as long as the items are returned within 30 days of receipt. All items should be returned undamaged, in their original packaging and have all labels attached.
PLEASE NOTE - We will not accept goods that have been used or which come back without any labels on. Items should not be taken out of packets or hung (ie curtains). We're unable to accept returns on any of the following items that have been taken out of the packet due to health & hygiene reasons - Duvet Covers, Bed Sheets, Duvets, Pillows, Pilllowcases, Mattress Protectors/Toppers, Throws, Blankets.

PLEASE NOTE - Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we strongly recommend you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office as we are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
