A GUIDE TO TOG RATINGS

Duvets have their own measurement scale of warmth, these are called tog ratings. The higher the tog rating, the warmer the duvet will be. Our guide will help you understand the best duvet to suit your needs.

 

  • 4.5 tog  -  Ideal for Summer use

 

  • 10.5 tog  -  For those with central heating or who share a bed

 

  • 13.5 tog  -  Perfect for winter nights or for those that tend to feel the cold

 

  • Four Seasons - 3 warmth options from 2 duvets   -  4.5 tog for Summer, 9.0 tog for Spring / Autumn and joining them together to make a 13.5 tog for Winter.  You effectively get two duvets and can clip them together to create a 13.5 tog duvet. This covers all four seasons and will allow you to control the warmth of your duvet.

 

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if for some reason you wish to return your items to us, we will accept returned goods as long as the items are returned within 30 days of receipt. All items should be returned undamaged, in their original packaging and have all labels attached.

PLEASE NOTE - We will not accept goods that have been used or which come back without any labels on. Items should not be taken out of packets or hung (ie curtains). We're unable to accept returns on any of the following items that have been taken out of the packet due to health & hygiene reasons - Duvet Covers, Bed Sheets, Duvets, Pillows, Pilllowcases, Mattress Protectors/Toppers, Throws, Blankets.

PLEASE NOTE - Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we strongly recommend you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office as we are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
