Once you have finished shopping, fill out your name, address, choose your delivery method and submit card details then click on the 'Submit' button and that's it!
Q. I don't live in the UK. Can I still place an order?
A. Yes you can, we offer competitive pricing for most european countries. However, for International deliverys you will need to select the 'Contact' button to let us know which item/s you wish to purchase. We will then email you back with the cheapest carriage option.
Q. I would rather speak to somebody rather than order over the internet. Can I do this?
A. Yes, there is always somebody on hand between the hours of 10am to 5pm, 7 days a week to take your orders or give you advice.
Q. How long will it take for my goods to be delivered?
A. Our standard delivery is 2 - 3 working days. However, should you need your item urgently we do offer a next day service. This service is available to customers on mainland England and Wales only. Orders must be placed by 1pm.
Q. I'm not happy with my purchase. Can I send it back?
A. Yes, no problem. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us to let us know what you are sending back. You have up to 28 days to send your goods back. They must come back undamaged, in their original packaging with all labels attached. We will not accept goods that have been used or which come back without labels on. Items should not have been taken out of packets or hung (ie curtains) This does not affect your statutory rights.
Q. If I send goods back, how long does it take to receive a refund?
A. We would normally refund the item/s the day we receive it back. However, please be aware, it make take a couple of days for your bank to credit your account.
